- Fix for non-US users so that log file will still use commas as delimiters and periods for decimal points in all locales
Autoguiding has revolutionized the capture of deep-sky astro-images by mechanizing the tedious and tiring method of "manually" guiding an astrophotography exposure, which involved staring endlessly into an illuminated reticle telescope eyepiece while vigilantly tweaking your mount's electronic drive controls by hand to keep the stars pinpoint sharp. Until now, the problem has always been the lack of a simple, affordable autoguider camera to do the job.
- (1.13.7) Fixed several error dialogs (e.g., ASCOM Chooser for mount: if Cancel, no more exception error)
To start up from macOS Recovery, turn on your Mac and immediately press and hold one of the following combinations on your keyboard. Command-R is generally recommended, especially if you never installed macOS Sierra 10.12.4 or later.
It's 2.7.6. I've tested it with my ASI178MC-C and ASI120MC, works fine. Just pay attention to the documentation while installing. Haven't had it outside yet, as the weather has been crap, but it worked great in my living room.

Application can be used separately, but it is integrated with AstroImager (it can initiate random kick to allow dithering and suspend guiding during image download) and AstroTelescope (guiding is automatically stopped, if telescope is slewed or parked). Application communicates over INDI protocol and it can be used to integrate with any INDI 3rd party tool as well. Thank you received: 48 Orion StarShoot DSCI (Windows) The Grade Image By Sharpness command allows grading a set of already acquired images. Many planetary imagers like to average several of their best exposures. This requires taking a large number of images in a short time and then examining each image for the best of the lot of the best few of the lot. In this case the imager might prefer to use the Autograb function of CCDOPS to capture as many images in as short a period of time as possible. (Planets rotate!) PlanetMaster software may then be used to automatically examine a series of images and assign a Figure of Merit for sharpness to each one. Then only the best of the lot can be selected for averaging. AstroGuider controls guiding cameras and mounts. It allows to frame and focus guider scope, calibrate and tweak guiding parameters and to guide the mount over ST4 port of the camera, mount driver or external applications like EQMac. Although it is intended mainly for DSO imaging, it has also lunar/solar mode. Dithering can be controlled from AstroImager and guiding is stopped automatically whenever the mount is moved by AstroTelescope. On the guider device control panel placed on the right side of the AstroGuider main window you get to set the Dec guiding mode (north and south, south only, north only, or disabled), the calibration step value, and the RA or Dec aggressivity, minimum error, and maximum pulse values.
